My name is Brian Patrick. I'm a Colorado native, and have lived in the Denver-Metro area for over 16 years. I'm a certified Agile Scrum Master, Senior Project Manager, and PMO Program Manager specializing in IT and Microsoft SharePoint Development. I have over 5000 documented project hours, and have supported millions of dollars in expansion and strategic get-well initiatives for Fortune 500 and small to medium-size corporations.
I have spent a significant portion of my career in technology, first working for a Broomfield-based Fortune 500 telecommunications company as a Business Analyst, IP Technical Lead, and Project Manager. I focused on training development, call center team creation and management, and strategic get-well initiatives. I then moved out of telecommunications and into IT in 2016, quickly moving from a Project Management role into a PMO Program Management role. This was in no small part due to the fact that I was able to help my employer develop and utilize tools that they already had but weren't properly using. The result generated consistent and sustainable data insights, and empowered the organization to understand vital business metrics and make actionable plans based on solid data.
Today, I'm leading a project portfolio valued at $60M USD across five Project Managers. In January 2019, I was also chosen to lead my current employers' corporate integration initiative, converging all aspects of the business - from systems, to operations, to marketing/rebranding and legal. Nine-months in, we're at 87% completion of all objectives. I couldn't be happier with the result.
